NFL calls players a bunch of little girls

Mason is bitching because he knows its the last wide spread Enhancement drug out there that isn't tested for.

The other thing is this, in blood testing the markers for anabolic steroids is up to 5 years so even though they passed a piss test, former use can show up on blood work. Now granted there has to be an initial caveat that if they passed a previous piss test that the NFL can't go back and nail them for previous use found in blood tests.

The issue is with blood test there is now no way at all they can get away with PED's. Oh and mason one more thing, if the NFL REALLY wants to be dicks, they can ask for hair follicle testing and work with the USOC or IOC and really bust your balls :-)

Antonio Cromartie fires back...

Cromartie supports HGH testing, questions players who don’t

Bucking the NFLPA* and supporting Commissioner Roger Goodell, Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie said today that he’s all for testing for human growth hormone.

And in comments that surely won’t endear Cromartie to his fellow players, he suggested that the only players who oppose testing for HGH are the ones who are cheating.

Cromartie weighed in after Ravens receiver Derrick Mason lashed out at NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell’s insistence on HGH testing. Cromartie took to Twitter and said he’s fine with blood tests for HGH because he has nothing to hide.

“Just was reading an article about HGH testing in the NFL,” Cromartie wrote. “I’m for it. I’m not against it. If you’re against that mean you’re hiding something.” (I’ve lightly edited Cromartie’s tweets for readability.)

Cromartie said he opposes the use of performance-enhancing substances and believes in testing for them.

“I mean you shouldn’t have to cheat to get an edge, just go out and play ball,” Cromartie wrote. “God created us all differently so use the talents he blessed us with.”

    • Was just explaining this to some dummy named Willy in another thread. I think he was just smoking’ too much cheese.  This has been going on for ages. Trent dilfer got all the ladies and threw just as many TDs as interceptions. This was the more violent era of football. The soft mfrs wanna see the passing TDs but the truth is that ain’t what ultimately wins football games. It’s a STRONG D, and an unstoppable run game, with some passes to keep the defense honest, if a for a TD great. in fact I would venture to say that the two panthers super bowls consisted of the same except cam threw more tds than interceptions and could run like Jamal Lewis and priest Holmes. its a tale as old as time. Something all ball knowers understand.
    • This team just traded a 2nd round pick for Bradley Chubbs. Edge, Miami Dolphins.
    • Ngl, as good as I felt about us after winning yesterday, when they showed the top NFC teams on SNF, I realized what a crazy year this is.  The NFC seems uncommonly top heavy.  As of today, we aren’t anywhere near playoff positioning, which at 5-4 seems very, very weird compared to most years.  I know things will shake out further as the season goes on and it likely won’t look the same, but I have the feeling it’s one of those years that you’ll need like 11 wins to get in as a wildcard. seems very like a very pantherish thing to rebound this year and that’s what it would take.
