Round 7: Lee Ziemba

Nice. Could be an excellent backup and insurance for Otah. I think he fits best there in our scheme. If not should make a solid G. All in all the only pick I have beef with is the Wilson pick (would have went Green). Everyone else I wanted pre-draft (which almost never happens to me). I think I like RR's influence on our drafting.

wouldn't be surprised if we bring in darvin adams as a undrafted free agent. Make it a trio of tigers

Can't sign any until all this mess gets settled which sucks. But I would love that signing. While I wouldn't have drafted him (because of how inconsitent his hands are) he still is a solid deep threat that already our QB is used to playing with. For a UDFA its high/med reward no risk.

Ugh...you can count me out of the Darvin Adams love. I just don't believe he can play in this league.

Maybe the best pick in this draft for us (in terms of value). Good player, good rapport with Newton, and was captain or one of the captains on a national championship team last year. I love this pick. He is versatile and a good dude!!

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
