it's simple. Rogers is a better cover corner, but Hall is a better interceptor and play maker, BUT Hall also gets burnt more than Rogers. Chris Collinsworth said it best. Rogers would be a year in, year out pro bowl player if he caught half of his dropped interceptions, but with good coaching, the panthers could fix that which is why i say, take him. the Redskins have moved on and have planned on this for a while.

Hall is also one of the most overrated players in NFL history.

INT's are a nice bonus, but if you look at Aso and Revis, they combined for ZERO INT's last season. Lots of INT's does not make a good CB.
