I saw a report that said drinking chocolate milk after exercise led to more oxygen in the system and better recovery than any of the 'sports drinks'

I've read this and have been slowly incorporating chocolate milk into my diet. Now I just need to add the exercise...

So dropping about 10% of the targets you get is accpetable for an NFL receiver?

How many of those balls were catchable? Then the drop % goes up.

It's not acceptable to catch 5 passes for every drop.

Couple that with the fact that he's been passed by a guy on the depth chart that was a late round flier and you have an issue.

What has he done to show you he CAN be a receiver in the NFL? Drop 1 pass for every 5 catches? Yay!

I could live with 10%, considering who was throwing him the ball LY. Moore and Clausen were both awful. dropping 1 out of 10 passes thrown to you isn't bad.

I'm not sure how many of those drops were actual good passes from the QB, but I did see LaFell make some big catches LY and his 1st% was pretty high.

Again, he was a rookie. I thought Lafell (and Gettis) were two of the few bright spots last year.

lol at

Lafell: not NFL caliber because of 1 drop every 5 catches

Moore: #1 QB caliber despite 1 TD every 2 INT

Yeah I'm sure TRD isn't serious about Lafell not being a NFL caliber WR....

I mean, he'd have to be a complete retard to think that.....oh,wait.

It probably has to do primarily with the added sugar you get in chocolate milk, even low-fat ones. The carbs help with the energy. However, if you're exercising strenuously, you're losing more than just fluids. You're losing potassium and sodium, and without replenishing them, you could be in serious trouble. Gatorade and other sports drinks have those elements, making them more likely to be better for you in the long run.
