I'm a Cam supporter, but I couldn't be any happier for Clausen, and his progression, because he's a Panther. People need to realize it's just practice, and that goes for Clausen and Cam both. I really don't get why some of you, are on these guys every throw. It's practice for god sakes, they're allowed to make mistakes, as long as both of them are progressing, I'm happy.

FYI - Jordan missed shots in practice, Peyton has thrown inaccurate passes for int's in practice, and Tiger has missed easy routine putts in practice. Get over it!

General comments: Sounds like the light is coming on. I realize this proves nothing, but if you have spent the last 6 months bashing JC, swearing on your football expertise that he is a bust, then you have to be a little nervous. Your comments WILL resurface. I have been saying all along that NO ROOKIE QB in the HISTORY of the NFL would have succeeded here last year, JC included. He still needs a few months with Shula. I am still pulling for Cam, but I hope we don't have to play him right away. However, the stadium is usually full of people who don't know football, and they will be screaming for him. Essentially, they will set him up to fail but are too stupid to know that. NO rookie QB this season will have a great season.

Sounds to me like Naanee could be a STEAL, and Pilares is quietly having a good camp. I have to think we keep 6 wrs. (Smith, Naanee, Gettis, Lafell, Edwards, Pilares). Gettis seems like he is hurt all the time and Lafell is behind where he should be. RR will not play.

Going from McClain/Wilson to Gamble/McClain is a big jump. Not bashing Cam, just suggesting he is used to playing a worse secondary and that could be affecting his game

Gamble is not even 100% so I would disagree. The skill level is probably about the same. Gamble is probably around 50% to 75% tonight. No excuses tonight, just a bad night for Cam.

From what it sounds like many people are having a rough day. I wonder if nerves are settling in as Saturday quickly approaches.

Could be they hadn't played football in an organized setting in what seems forever and now they are like kids on Christmas Eve; just waiting to get out there, yet just like a kid on Christmas Eve, they are wondering what is going to happen.

    • Outside of cerrato, I do like our draft overall. Hard to get can't miss draft picks when you pick late in the draft
    • Very True--and I am a former HS English teacher.
    • Not a Moore fan-but he had a few good games last year-but I want players that scare you--Renfrow's route running and intelligence, Legette's size, speed, and strength, AT's intelligence and route running, Coker's body control, strong hands, and abilty to win contested catches, and TMac's size, body control, and ability to find soft spots in zone coverages.  Horn gives them the ability to stretch the field and he plays special teams.   Moore has a nice smile and can dance.  He filled in well last season, but to get better as a team, you have to upgrade your players.  I think Moore is a bottom of the roster guy who got bumped when we drafted 2 WRs and signed a legit free agent.  Here is the thing--TMac makes us better because he is great against the zone--man?  Good luck with that.  AT's role can be reduced, and that is probably a good thing.  He can specialize in situational football. Coker?  Just getting started. XL?  Just getting started.  Drafting TMac was probably a bit of a wake up call, but XL will be better as the 2. Renfrow?  I see him splitting reps with AT--keeping both fresh and giving different looks. Horn?  Watch the safety cheat his side when he is in the game--I see a young Steve Smith type in him, but he has yet to play a game.  I hear that Morgan loves him.
