I am delighted about Bronco's fans opinions of Fox

I liked John while he was here, but he'd run his course for sure. I feel sorry for Broncos fans though, they are a young rebuilding team similar to ours, and I don't think that is a good scenario for Fox. If think he'd of been better off going to an established team that is already a contender.

He did a good job the first time he took over a rebuilding team. I think he's better suited for that than maintaining a good one. The Panthers usually crumbled when things were expected of them but excelled when they were the dog.

I don't blame Fox for being short with the press. I wouldn't want to do interviews. It shouldn't be part of a coaches job, but it is, and he wasn't good at it. It beats having to listen to a jackass Rex Ryan soundbite derby, though. I'm glad Rivera is better at it than Fox.

I liked Fox, but not his play calling. It was time for him to move on. I like the Rivera hire...and (just to maintain the tone of the thread) anyone who thinks differently is a phucking moron!!!!!!

My issue with Fox was the fact that he absolutely refused to change and adjust when aspects of his game plan were not working.

He was stubborn and predictable....a bad combination of traits as a coach.
