Minor argument in Panthers locker room

Mr. Scot

Recommended Posts

Reportedly went as follows...

Cam Newton: So after today, I own him, right?

Steve Smith: Hell no! He's belongs to me!

DeAngelo Williams: Bulls--t! I owned him before you guys did!

Jonathan Stewart: Not before me, you didn't!

Jeremy Shockey: Yeah? Well I've owned him on two different teams!

Greg Olsen: Hey hold up! I want in on this too!

DeAngelo Williams: Okay guys, guys, guys...look. Let's just agree to share, okay. We can all own him. Sound good?

General agreement was reached on this suggestion. All parties involved in the dispute were said to be happy with the final result.

Well...all but one.

nothing could ever come close to the stewart stiff-arm in 2008

If there ever were a serious discussion of just whose b--ch Ronde rightfully is, I'd probably have to side with Stewart. The clips they showed of Barber's face afterward were priceless

Newton gained a legit claim after that option play earlier today though.

I am pretty confident this arguement is made up.

#notgettingpointofthread

-seriously though, J Stew owns Barber ...there sould be a memorial chalk outline where that stiff arm took place.

The Giants game was awesome too on Monday night Football when DeAngelo and Stewart were " healing with the spirit" the secondary to the ground

Palm to helmet devastation!

    • He’s also 21 years old. I don’t know why fiz is so eager to label him a bust
    • It’s wild to me that so many of you guys are threatened by the idea of an opposing team fan who is polite in 2025. He’s been posting here on and off for years, usually when our teams play each other which hasn’t been for a while. I’d maybe understand this treatment if it was a falcons or saints fan, but packers fans in general are one of the nicer fan bases as long as you aren’t another NFC north team (especially the bears).
    • Some players excel on the big stage, while others freeze and succumb to the pressure. I’m not convinced Cam took a dive. I think he didn’t handle the stage very well. The pressure got to him and he folded. He wouldn’t be the first quarterback or player to struggle in a Super Bowl. Two HOF examples - John Elway and Jim Kelly. The 2002 MVP, Rich Gannon, threw 5 interceptions against the Bucs. Poor performances happen.  Unless of course you believe all these players threw the games they played in, but if that occurred, surely someone by now would have admitted taking a dive? 🤷‍♂️
