If you were GM and had someone who could be the GQBOAT....

Second pick. My first thought as a GM is getting the guy who is going to make the biggest impact for my TEAM to win. If Claiborne or Coples are there then those are the two guys who in the long-term make the biggest impact. If those two guys aren't there then I start thinking OL rather than reaching for a guy like Kirkpatrick. Agree with protecting Cam but our defense is terrible and an OL isn't going to help that. A pass-rusher or lockdown corner will.

don't see the point honestly. we are getting 3 or 4 guys back on the line who ended the year on IR, schwartz, otah, and williams have all started and all looked solid when they have at one point or another. yes i know otah is never healthy, but his back ups are solid. add into that mix bell in his second year, who should improve quite a bit, and we are pretty deep on the O-line. cam is mobile enough to where he could thrive behind an offense made of our starters from this year plus one of those guys mentioned above.

We go defense first pick, defense second, possibly in the 4th, then we look at late round O-line talent because for whatever reason hurney is really good at finding late draft O-line gems/solid backups.

    • D Carr must have really disliked the saints to wait and do this announcement after the draft has passed if he made this call a few weeks before the draft sure they would have approached it and the offseason differently.  oh well will be interesting to see how their qbs perform.  would love to see them roll with Thill and just make the whole offense towards his skillset.  Although sadly would be only playing in about half the games with how often he gets injured.
    • I have to say it's quite fascinating seeing you pivot from months and months of wailing and agonizing about threads derailing into Bryce Young slingfests only for you to turn around and do the same thing. And just for the record. Nobody in life ever attained wisdom and clarity from mistakes by having people blindly fawn over them and tell them they are above reproach and incapable of making mistakes. Our front office is just as human as we are. And based on the fact that front offices across the league outside of a handful of teams change on a fairly regular basis it's safe to say they are certainly no more infallible than the average Joe even though they possess significantly more knowledge usually. If you want a utopia where all you do is shine shoes for anyone associated with the Panthers you go right on ahead and create yourself a new community sir. More power to you.
    • I trust Morgan when it comes to LBs so I think Wallace will do well.
