WR in the 4th

Our local entertainment rag had an interesting report:

Panthers

Jeff Fuller, 2012 WR prospect and former Texas A&M standout told Rosterwatch that the Panthers were one of the three teams he interviewed with extensively at the Senior Bowl. While the Panthers have more pressing needs for a disruptive pass rusher, physicality along a horrible defensive line, and some new bodies in the secondary, I look for them to address these issues in the first three rounds and target the best WR value on the board in Round 4, which I project to be Jeff Fuller territory.

Impression: A talented kid who looked like one of the draft's best receiver prospects as a junior, but his game has really fallen off as a senior. A lack of focus, dropped footballs and questionable separation skills will cause him to fall. ---National Football Post

    • FLA showed everyone it’s not about superstars. they bullied the best line in the NHL into obscurity. they played hard, were in the right positions, and ran over everything that got in their way.
    • That’s really not what you said and when I even expressed doubt as to your intentions with the post you doubled down and remained unclear on whether you were trying to drag Dean Smith for whatever reason. You just got the facts wrong, which if you don’t follow the local college programs like you say then maybe you just were mistaken and thought Smith didn’t win championships or have legit superstars, and that is ok, but you just doubled down when my first post was more corrective than anything. I’m not sure what you expect posting objectively false things like “RBA has a lot of wins with nothing to show for it like Dean Smith” (paraphrasing) on a message board with plenty of UNC fans. I’m not taking it as a personal affront, we can agree to disagree, Dean Smith’s legacy fortunately will not be affected by this conversation. Screw the (Florida) Panthers?
    • Bring in the free agents and trades.  Florida is the best team and unless Tulsky makes it happen, it’s more of the same…which isn’t bad…but it’s time to win a goddamn cup.
