Actually, Luck is more Cam than RGIII athletically give or take. Which makes these folks on NFLN gleeful as heck. it seems Cam is the benchmark these QBs have to meet.:D

The few times I have seen him he looked pretty athletic. In fact, I think he is probably quicker than Cam in his first few steps.

Don't get me wrong, he's athletic and that combined with his ability to throw it great. Big fan of Luck and expect him to have great success (not to the heights some are saying but success nonetheless). But Mayock and Eisen need to stop acting like just because their combine numbers are similar suddenly means they are the same athletically. A running QB needs more than straight line speed as they will never run in a straight line to escape the pocket most of the time. They need agility and Newton's is far greater than Luck's. Newton's size combined with his agility is freakish and why he made some of the runs he did.

They are just impressed with how athletic he is. Why does that bother you so much? Nobody is saying he is Cam Newton.
