I Have Been On The Road In Sales Since I Graduated College In 1997....

And I just learned today that grocery stores are a great venue to stop and go poop. All these years I was going out of the way to find a Hampton Inn or equivalent hotel. I suppose you can teach an old dog new tricks. Live and learn. Carry on.

Don't EVER go to the Food Lion on Holden Road in Greensboro. That restroom is HORRIBLE. So fuging nasty. Few things are worse than really needing to go and having to do so in a disgusting fuging restroom.

If it hadn't been an emergency I would have walked right the fug back out.

when i was 15 and a bag boy and I was eager to please my bosses I cleaned up one of the worst explosive diarrhea messes ever created in the women's bathroom of a bi-lo. It was horrible. I'm talking about impossible angles of coverage. Didn't look physically possible. I still wonder if it was a prank.

Like it sprayed all over the back of the wall...

and the only way to get your butt to spray diarrhea on the back of the wall at a height of about 3-4 feet is to be totally bent over,

and if she was totally bent over, then how did she fit in the stall with the door closed?

It boggles the mind.

I don't even go to Food Lion to buy groceries, so no worries there.

I was on the road for almost years years. Traveled all over the US and even went to Japan. Finally I had have enough of that. (Also cost me a 6 month marriage. That wasn't the only reason, but was a big factor.)

I changed jobs in the company and ended up in Charlotte. I must like it, I stay.

    • What's wrong with Damien Lewis? He played pretty well last year.
    • Official NFL Cuts Tracker Deadline for roster cuts is Tuesday, August 26th. At this moment (Friday, August 22nd) the only interesting names I see are... K Caden Davis (BUF) RB Ameer Abdullah (SF) WR Equanimeous St. Brown (SF) WR Donovan Peoples-Jones (NO) LB Khaleke Hudson (TEN) Abdullah, St. Brown, Peoples-Jones I don't exactly think we should cut anybody for but it was just interesting seeing those names. Khaleke Hudson was on the Panthers' practice squad last year I believe and might have even gotten called up? And of course, Caden Davis just because of the question mark at kicker this season for the team.
    • I'll say 6/10. I don't know that we learned a whole lot about this team during preseason that we didn't already know. We didn't play the starters enough to really get a feel for what to expect. We had one good drive against the Browns, one 3-and-out and two 3-and-outs against the Texans. That's an extremely small sample size across 3 games regardless of performance. My camp/preseason takeaways: Jalen Coker might be the best WR on this team and is certainly no worse than #2. Nic Scourton is going to be a good player for us. Possibly very good. Bobby Brown was our best free agent addition. Jack Plummer isn't an NFL QB. Not even a practice squad guy. Having anyone other than Canales and Evero call plays was a really stupid and pointless idea. Our depth is largely non-existent, especially on defense. The three areas we actually DO have depth are on the OL, in the WR corp. and at RB. I can't fathom why Dan Morgan didn't do more to upgrade ILB during the offseason. We better hope Lathan Ransom steps up at FS because if he doesn't we have a massive hole. For all the hype surrounding Sanders/Evans, Tommy Tremble is still the best TE on the roster. I'm only slightly less enthusiastic going into the regular season than I was a month ago. I think our starters on offense are solid and we should be pretty good there unless Bryce totally regresses. On defense, we're probably bottom 3rd in the league if 100% healthy and significantly worse than that if injuries become an issue. We badly need at least two of our rookies to become high-level players early (ideally one of the pass rushers + Ransom) and at least 2 of our free agent additions (ideally Moehrig + Bobby Brown) to be significant upgrades over last year. Call me pessimistically optimistic 😆
