Jason La Canfora Suggests That The Rams Could Select Fletcher Cox With #6 Pick

NFL Network's Jason La Canfora suggests that the Rams could throw the first "major curveball" of next week's draft, by selecting Mississippi State DT Fletcher Cox with the No. 6 pick.

Picks 1-5 are tentatively expected to be Andrew Luck (Colts), Robert Griffin (Redskins), Matt Kalil (Vikings), Trent Richardson (Browns), and Morris Claiborne (Buccaneers). "And it says here Fletcher Cox is the guy for the Rams," writes La Canfora. St. Louis would be selecting Cox over Justin Blackmon in this scenario. It's an idea that certainly shouldn't be ruled out.

Fisher is a defensive guy. Rams DL sucks ass so it won't be shocking at all if they pass on Blackmon and select Cox and draft WR in early 2nd round.
