The classic American burger can, and does, come with an infinite variety of toppings. But that slaw thingy, to many people make crappy slaw. Before you know it your burger is JAB. Stay away from the slaw and you are good to go.

Yes man... I can't stand ketchup on my burger. On my fries, yes. Burger, no.

This place called Andy's in NC completely kills it for everyone else man. None of that pre-made, frozen patty stuff... They take the meat, ball it up, throw it on the grill and then make it how you like... But, the I get the basic double bacon cheesburger, it comes with crispy bacon, the cheese and the burgers(obviously), then chilli, slaw, onions, and mustard.
