Fwiw, if these guys posted and no one responded at all, they would go away pretty quickly. Nothing gets rid of a troll faster than being completely ignored.

Guys, this is the internet...Think banning people is going to change anything? Idiots will be idiots, rules will only make them change their strategies. If you get offended because of an idiot's post on the internet, you better call your ISP and disconnect. You think going to another board is going to change anything? Come on guys, forums are nothing more than a big group of people that can say/post anything they want without fear (majority of the time) of any repercussions of their actions. So I guess take the good and ignore the bad, or quit the internet.
