Mike Kraft always does that. I honestly don't know why he has a job. He tends to take awkward pauses and accentuates the wrong words in sentences and whathaveyou. Sounds odd. Only thing I can think of is because he's a hefty guy he's having to take a breath during the out-of-place pauses.
