Beason isn’t shy. Interestingly, neither is coach Ron Rivera. He echoed those words.

“Good,” Rivera said when I asked him what he thought. “Because if we don’t have 53 guys with that attitude in our locker room right now, then we gotta find the guys that want it. We don’t know what’s going to happen. But we gotta come out and play and play hard and do everything we can to win that Super Bowl and they have the right attitude, that right mental frame of mind and that’s what Ryan’s done. Ryan’s put it out there, like, ‘Hey. This is my mental outlook, this is my frame of mind. This is what I want, so let’s go out and get it.’ “

Rivera recounted a story about ex-coach Mike Ditka telling players that he had good news and bad news. “Good news is we’re going to the Super Bowl, bad news is some of you aren’t going,” Rivera remembered Ditka saying. Jimmy Johnson said if you’re going to talk it, you better walk it.

In the end, Rivera added, “I’m right behind (Kalil). I feel the same way. This is a group of men who, if they work hard and put it on themselves, the sky can be the limit. But, we’ve got to go out and do it now to become the football team that has a chance to win every Sunday.“

The smirk on his face when talking about having Healthy LBers and Keuchly was priceless... He doesnt cover Kalil's Guarantee until the last qtr of video... He SMILED BIG AS IV'E SEEN when the reporter asked about what he thought!

But but wait... they have Brees back in the lineup. So they are instant SB winners in their own house this year. Even without Sean Payton. Super Brees will fart all over us on the way to the SB this year. Shouldn't we be scared or something? LOL

This is how it should be. We're finally a team that has that edge, that swagger.

No longer are we the team that's going to try and beat you with the clock. With runs and play action passes on 3rd down, and field goals.

We're now a team that needs to be reckoned with. The players are hungry. The coach is hungry.

And we're ready to fuging win.

I know this whole Kalil deal has many fans from other teams laughing (I've had to put up with some). However, I believe it. I believe we can do it and I don't see why we can't this year. I love that outlook and I'm so damn glad we are officially Super Bowl or bust!

The problem with everybody who's not a Panthers fan laughing is this... They don't know jack or poo about our team. We rarely get coverage and when we have in the past it's been minimal. Unless you actually follow this team, you have no fuggin clue as to what's going on with this team. Just laugh right back at them and place your friendly wagers for free lunches while you still can!

      I agree with this and I think it's worth mentioning too that Bryce is not consistent on his placement and especially velocity and that in large part is driven by his footwork. We all know XL doesn't have the best hands and I don't know that he can overcome that. Cam always had the heater that just hit your hands and sank into your grip, where Bryce has some that are harder thrown, some soft. Bryce stepping into a pass looks so much different than that hop throw thing he does. I think XL really needs to hit the jugs machine and start learning how to catch all these different touch passes. TMac and Coker don't have these issues. If XL doesn't get some work in he's going to be out of the league in the next couple of years.

      I think most people like XL from a personal standpoint. I don't think he's stupid either. Although if we are being realistic he is lacking in football IQ at this point in time and it cannot be disputed that he has not taken working on his craft seriously at all times given the body of work on the field. It speaks for itself. I myself have defended him at times given the circumstances of our QB room. But he is now in his third year and 25 years old. We are not in a position as a franchise to go around babying anyone especially first round draft picks. He needs to take his position and his football career seriously or he is going to end up selling used cars somewhere. I hope he realizes this and takes an extended break from social media because that mess certainly isn't going to increase his net worth if he ends up out of the league. And these hanger on types will disappear quick too once that money dries up and it surely will eventually. We'll see how he responds.
