This is like year 4 or 5 in doing this so indulge me.

Panthers win 10 games

4 Pro Bowlers

2 games get flexed

Cam throws about 5 more td's and 7 less int's

No rb will run for more than 700 yds

Yet, Panthers will lead the league in rushing td's with 28

Smitty catches 7 less passes but scores 4 more td's

Def finishes at 15 total

Panthers win a wild card game at home vs who else...the Cowboys.

We make the playoffs.

Everyone needs to keep in mind this is the NFC which has a lot of teams that can make the playoffs. Only 6 teams make the playoffs.

Packers

Bears

Lions

Eagles

Cowboys

Giants

49ers

Seahawks

Saints*

Falcons

Panthers

Which games do you think will get flexed because it's only from weeks 11 onward and the only games we might get flexed could be Falcons, Saints*, and maybe Chargers...not because of us but because the other teams we play are poo.

Okay here it goes...

Panthers finish 9-7 and miss playoffs and ties Atlanta for "last", while division rival (and oft-talked about) Tampa Bay Buccaneers finish 10-6 ahead of them and make the playoffs along with New Orleans at 10-6.

No one's talking about the Bucs and could be the dark horse in our division...that's how the NFL works it seems... teams that get all the hype (Panthers) don't live up to it and the one's who don't, turn heads and put together surprising seasons...

The Browns go to the Superbowl, after that I flush.

Cam Throws for 31 TD's and rushes for 9.

Smith squeaks by with 1,012 yards and 7 TD's

LaFell takes the bull by the horns and scores 6 TD's with 893 yards to back him up.

Break out TE Greg Olsen shocks the world and scores 10 TD's with 1,132 yards in his wake.

Our defense continues to shock the world by being a top 10 defense and has the most turnovers of any team.

Luke Kuechly runs wild with over 100 tackles, 6 of them for loss, 7 forced fumbles, 2 fumble recoveries, 3 interceptions, 1 TD via INT, and 2.5 sacks, going on to win the Defensive rookie of the year award.

Josh Norman awakens and becomes that solid #2 CB, leaving behind little captain and garners 8 pass deflections, 40+ tackles, and of course a whopping 6 INT's for his rookie year.

Panthers end up winning 10 games and fight for a wild card spot, they win the first game on the road, but fall short in the second game.

Yeah, I think I'm done.

Individual Predictions:

Cam will surprise by throwing for 4600 yards and 41 TDs and 9 rushing TD's with less rushing yardage (carrying me to fantasy glory while he's at it)

Stewart will earn the majority of the carries by midseason and fishes in the top 5 in rushing yards (over 1200 yards)

We have 2 1,000 yard receivers (Smitty and Olsen)

Beason will overtake Willis in the pro-bowl balloting and finish ahead of Willis

Gamble will pick off 10 passes, CJ will get 13.5 sacks.

Godfrey will make the pro-bowl and have a solid season, with 85 tackles, 3 sacks, and 4 INT's (with 1 TD)

Team Predictions:

We will have a punt return for a TD...before the bye week.

We sneak in the playoffs as the 5 seed and knock off the 49ers in a playoff thriller

We finish 10-6, beating out the Saints* for a playoff spot

Top 5 in total Offense, 13th ranked defense by points allowed a game, Special Teams is raked 20th

We start off 4-0

Pantherz start the year 8-2 but stumble down the stretch to finish 11-5. Still win the Division and the first playoff game. Which sets us up with NO tor the Championship, which we win 30-24. So it is on to the Super Bowl.

Behind Keek, the DROY and runner up Norman, the Pantherz beat Denver for the Super Bowl.

Along the way. Cam destroys no records. While throw for 4758 yards and 34 TDs and running for 5 more.

Triple trouble runs for almost 2600 yards and 21 TDs.

Smitty get his 90-9-1323

The D finishes the year as the league leader in turnoverz.

Rivera win Coach of the Year. Cam does not win any awards, nor do any other Pantherz. But we have 6 Pro Bowlerz who are happy to go to a game that is not played.

That is too much even for me. Homerz beware.

    • As the demand for apartments grows parking is becoming limited and it’s sad. I use to tailgate but I just park at uncc deck now and train in and head to rhino market. My tailgate grill hates me.
    • It simply depends on perspective. CMC, when healthy and on the field, has a higher YPC and YPR than LT. Yes, he's been injury prone, but this is simply a "all quarter-century team." There are certainly different stats and different lists. If this were a list or about a team simply based on longevity, then of course LT wins that every time, but some lists are more subjective and nuanced depending upon what they are, and it's not necessarily a reflection upon a person's ability to analyze sports.
    • From my what I have seen the overwhelming majority of people who are considering the notion a possibility don't really want to see it happen but are considering so for a number of reasons. Most importantly availability. Secondly even when he plays the last few seasons he has been red hot or ice cold. Then there is the subject of his defense which to say the least leaves a lot to be desired. Then there is the image of Ball inactive laughing it up on the sideline (while our team was getting the doors blown off) with previous busts who are now relegated to hanging on by a thread in the g league. I think we should be able to recognize with the team going out of their way to put a very strong emphasis on culture and leadership with the conclusion of this years draft that they expect LaMelo to lead the way this upcoming season and that begins with making significant strides and trending in a positive direction in the aforementioned aspects above. It just has to happen.
