The former. We knew when we let them go they were decent players, but with no spot on our team. We had Olsen, Shock and Barney so no need for Rosario, and trading Goodson was a no brainer.

It's not like we didn't know Mike Goodson had potential when we gave him away. It was still a good decision to trade him. We even upgraded the position after we let him go. Not sure why we would be upset over it.

As for Rosario, I'm glad he's gone. I'm glad he's finding success elsewhere too.

Rosario was always a good reciever.

He was just terrrible at blocking assignments.

Goodson was always a good Rb.

He just couldnt hold onto the ball.

Always thought Rosario could become a pretty good player in the right system. Unfortunately for him, he has spent most of his career in offenses that don't utilize tight ends except as extra blockers and receivers of last resort.

umm, Goodson had 1 rush for -6 yards. he had 3 rec for 88 yards and 1 TD. 64 of which came on his TD play. Not trying to put him down in any way but really his whole statline was on 1 play. I still say great move by the front office dumping the guy. Dontae Rosario however, wasnt dumped because he couldnt catch the ball, he was dumped because he cant block and on a running team, the TE has to be able to block.
