Yep. Steve wasn't a very good teammate in this situation. There's been a couple times where Cam could have thrown Steve under the bus for boneheaded plays and penalty's, but he didn't. Cam has always taken the fall for everyone on that offense. Everyone is going at Cam this week, even a good portion of our fan base smh. Cam and this Panthers team will bounce back, though.

As far as Trey Wingo and Brees...I bet brees wishes he would've taken less money so he could have Nicks back. That O-line is horrible.

Look at all of you jumping to protect someone you have no contact with and never will. It's funny. I couldn't care less what Cam says. I want him to win, period. But Brees gave a very good speech to the media tonight.

let's take this post to its logical conclusion and just close the entire site/board am i right

As Panther fans, we should come to his defense. What the hell is wrong with that?

Yeah, Cam's press conferences may suck, but I have yet to see him do anything on the field or the bench that should be troubling to anyone.

And don't you think it might be a bit difficult for a 23 year old to have to be the guy to stand up in front of the media, week after week, and explain why we sucked that day? Hell, the owner of the team won't even do that more than once a year, and is not very good at it either.

Gaahd, a QB's money is not earned on how he addresses the media post-game or any other time. Who gives a poo about how Brees conducts himself in the presser compared to Cam.

As much as I hate Saints fans, do you think any of them are cool with being 0-3 just because Drew is so clam, polite, and humble during his post-game conference? They'd rather have the wins; so would we.

      I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.

      Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
