Go to Pet Smart buy Adavantage Flea killer or Frontline it cost from $50-$100 you put it on your dog

you will never have fleas again

I only had to use it for a few months on my weim when he was 6 months old I only treated him 3x in 12 years he never had a flea again.

I miss my dog.

:(

There's your answer. I use front line myself but either will work. Please do something though, you can't let them be miserable!

Call your vet and ask if you can buy a Capstar. It's a pill that begins killing fleas after about 30 minutes and continues kill for up to like 5 hours I think. Usually all fleas on your dog will be gone, but if you have a flea problem at your place, your dog will become reinfected and infected quickly. So I suggest, give him a Capstar and a bath, a flea preventative and treat your place if needed. We charge $5/ pill.

There's a product called Trifexis, it kills fleas, heartworm preventative, and treats whipworms, hookworms, and roundworms wrapped up in to one product so you don't have to buy 2 different things. It does cost more but it is still less expensive than buying 3 different products. Only downside is it doesn't protect against ticks.

My dog has only had one flea on her in her whole life and it's because she gets a bath and bedding washed once a week. I don't give her flea preventative although I do keep some k9 advantix handy. She gets heartgaurd every month though. She got that damn flea from where I work on the first day i took her to work with me. THAT was strike one right thar on that place!

A tiny amount of "dawn" dish detergent in a bath kills them. The fleas will come right back as soon as they go outside again or where ever they originally got them after that. Frontline medicine will keep them off for good when applied once a month. Just had this talk with my vet on monday. Granted my dog didn't have fleas he was just itching like crazy for a reason unknown but they gave him a shot and it has since subsided.

Thanks for the help guys. I have no idea where these things came from, they only go outside to use the bathroom.

Yes biscuit we have two small dogs. The wife got frontline this morning, man that poo is expensive. I hope it does the trick. I spent the base of my night last night vacuming all the rooms that the dogs go and washing the sheets on our beds....I haven't seen any on the floor hopping around as of yet but I guess its better to be safe than sorry.

I have two dogs, and I get them both Trifexis from the vet. It costs me about 40 bucks a month for the two of them, but it is for fleas, intestinal worms, and heart worms.

They both won't eat the pill straight up. I have to cut it up and hide it in pieces of hot dogs and poo. I never give my dogs people food of any sort, except when I have to get them to eat that damn pill.

I find a bite size peanut butter sandwich works great for giving dogs pills.

I don't have problems with one dog, she's a 100 lb boxer and she barely chews anything before she swallows. It's my other one, a border collie/australian shepherd mix - I've tried giving it to her in peanut butter and she just spits it out and licks the peanut butter off. The only way that I've gotten her to eat it was by cutting the pill into little pieces and putting each piece into a slice of hotdog.

    • I see they blamed Slavin for the goal like I did.
    • See this is the problem, you say "can't get off the line quick" and "can't separate quick" but in reality it's "he can get off the line better and create more separation" which are two completely different things. If he couldn't get off the line or separate, he wouldn't have put up the numbers he did and end up a Top 10 pick. But he can get better, and maybe more accurately, consistent with them both, and that will take his game to the next level.  These are things that are also much easier to improve once you get to the NFL than things like being a poor route runner or having bad hands, two of his strengths. Thinking he can't get open in the short passing game also shows you haven't watched enough tape on him, as he was used in that role so much in college with little issue getting open and making plays. And him not using his physicality as much isn't even something that hurts his game because he's so much more agile than a player of his size should be, which he used to his advantage.  Instead of throwing passes where he'd go up and box out a player like a TE or Mike Evans does, they use his athleticism and put the ball in places that only he can get to it, and he usually does (and yes, he'll still be able to do that against NFL DB's with his catch radius). But now that he's in the NFL, I'd like to see him get stronger and add that to his game because it also will help him take his game to another level. As I've said before, if he doesn't improve on those things at all, I think he's a Top 25 WR in this league, he's already that good.  But I think he'll improve on those things and be a perennial Top 10 WR and in his prime is considered and perform like Top 5 guy in some years. My expectations for him this year at 800 yards and 8 TDs (although I do think he'll get to 10 TDs) with a real chance at getting to 1,000.  But those expectations are because I think Thielen will lead the team in yards with close to 1k and XL/Coker each end up in the 500-600 range themselves, just too many mouths to feed this year for a rookie to dominate yardage, especially if we're running the ball well again. But if Thielen can't stay healthy or puts up sub 750 yards, then yea, my expectations for T-Mac likely shift to getting to 1k as a rookie.
    • Svech only 1 goal behind the guy they've pretty much already given the Conn Smythe to...
