I just have this feeling that we will wreck the seahawks. I know they have a good defense and a great running game, but I feel like the team is going to take the Sunday loss out on the Seahawks and it will be ugly.

I expect us to load the box and make Wilson beat us. I see him throwing two picks (Norman gets his first and Martin gets the other). I see us pounding Bruce Irvin into the ground by running right at him and when they bring those big safteties into the box, I see Olsen going over the top.

Every team we faced to this point had a legitimate passing attack. We had to defend both. This is the first game were we can focus almost all our attention on the run. Play man on the WRs and make Russel beat you with his arm.

Russell Wilson can't pass the ball from the pocket. Hawks will get an early TD from Lynch but when they fall behind by 10+ they'll have to start passing and we should be able to key on some of Wilson's mistakes (could definitely see Martin getting a pick or two if he starts).

we need to get ahead quickly. that way they have to beat us by passing, which they can't do. lots of seahawk fans are already calling for flynn to start... make sure wilson doesn't do too many rollouts/bootlegs. lock down on the run game. and score quick and fast. would be nice to be up double digits by the end of the first. don't want to play a close game with this team. their defense and run game are too good.
