Kalil could be out for season

Kalil guarantees super bowl...team starts 1-4.

Convenient injury is convenient.

I dont think he's faking, but I said it a week ago. Had Cam pulled a stunt like this his "ambition" for the team to do well would be spun into a negative. It'd be the main talking point against him this season, "Cam arrogantly bragging bout going to the Super Bowl in newspaper ads and his team is losing, he sucks!". Its good for Kalil he's just a lineman.

As the QB, and as a black QB Cam is gonna take the blame for the state of the Panthers franchise in 2012. Right or wrong.

Disagree. He will take flak all year for his own shizzy play. But I don't think anyone blames him for the state of our shizzy franchise.

To be fair, we werent getting GREAT o line play this year anyway. As the QB, and as a black QB Cam is gonna take the blame for the state of the Panthers franchise in 2012. Right or wrong.

Myabe it will be an improvement, Kalil has been pretty bad this season.

To be fair a stop sign would have been a more effective RG than Hangartner was so it's hard to believe we'll be downgrading that position.

What you should be worried about was the pre snap reads Kalil helped make.

Oh. And the fact that we probably aren't going to have any players on the NFLNs top 100 next year.

Sounds like a built-in excuse for Marty & Rivera, but the fact is, players get hurt all the time. It was only a matter of time before one of our starters suffered a season ending injury.

Correct on both counts. We've been lucky on the injury front so far this year.

After a couple more losses, expect Hurney to start moving more guys to IR (maybe Beason if he continues to struggle), then as we get to about week 13, everybody with any minor injury goes to IR. Hurney can then spend the offseason talking about how many people we had on IR.

Que bueno, no?
