They both entered college as safeties. They retain a lot of that mobility - Urlacher used to drop deep on the Cover 2 in Chicago all the time. Not many MLBs can do that.

Willis is a different type of MLB. He's fast and good in coverage, but he hits harder than Kuechly will and fills the hole better.

Ten solos, five assists for FIFTEEN tackles. If he'd made a couple of PD's he was close to making on a couple of plays when he was nearby, it would have been a perfect game for him. Imagine what he will be like after a few years of experience and good coaching, watching film, training, mentoring etc.
