Because Dungy is steadfastly loyal to his coaching staff, there is speculation he would rather resign than make widespread changes if asked to bump Shula at season's end.

Cam can make a ""genius" out of any coordinator, Shula has never had the weapons he has in Carolina, especially with a once in a generation type QB with Cam.

I lived in Tampa Bay during his tenure.

Defensive coordinators would laugh about how the bucs had a high school offense and no game planning was needed, just base packages.

I'm not exaggerating. It was god awful.
