We are in some serious trouble.

6 years and 55 million is below the going rate for a franchise quarterback which is roughly 17 million a year. If you want to be afraid, consider that it is expected that Aaron Rodgers is projected to make 25 million a year.

6 year- $108 mil (55 guaranteed)

Who cares about the dumbass Cowboys and their doings

I'm going to hazard a guess here and say.... Cam's agent maybe?

Edit:Dang this sounds snarky, and it truly wasn't meant to be, but I can't think of any other way to say this. No offense meant by it.

Sure, go ahead and low-ball Cam and watch him walk, which I believe he'll do regardless...

Only after we've taken the 5th year option on his rookie deal and placed the franchise tag on him for about 3 years or so. At this point he will be 30 years old and it would make sense to let him walk instead of giving out a massive, multi-year deal.

If at any point during those remaining years does he win a Super Bowl, then JR will hand him a blank check.

    • i presented this in another thread. he throws better to the out breaking routes the wr run, but almost nothing to the inside. that is half the options on a wr route tree. How do you run an offense like that?  even the outbreaking routes he throws are moonballs, that allow the DBs to catch up unless the wr is wide open. he has to throw with a lot of anticipation becuase he doesnt have the arm strenght to get it there if he is a little late. thats probably why you see balls behind the wrs.
