Thor: The Dark World (2013 film)

So how can they just ignore the other avengers now? The world is in danger? Why not call on your friends?

I'm sure it will be addressed, starting with Iron Man 3 which comes out May 3rd. They've already mentioned the NY battle that took place in The Avengers in the Iron Man 3 trailers.

This is now Phase 2 for Marvel. Phase 1 was the first two Iron Man movies, Captain America, Incredible Hulk and Thor which all led to The Avengers.

Phase 2 will be a few more solo movies, IM3-Thor2-Cap2, which will lead to The Avengers 2.

Also the Guardians of the Galaxy movie could have some connections to Avengers 2: ""We're created in a way that we're very connected to the movies that came before us. We're even more connected to The Avengers 2, that comes after us, and so in that respect, what we would hope is that these characters would continue, and that at some point in time, they'll all meet up with different characters throughout the galaxy," said director James Gunn."

This and the new Wolverine look pretty much meh. Guess I'll just stick with Iron Man 3 and Man Of Steel.

I agree the new Wolverine looks very much meh. Iron Man 3 has gotten rave reviews, and word is Man of Steel is amazing.

But if you like and follow the Iron Man series, you pretty much have to watch Thor 2 because it's ultimately in the same world/storyline as IM3. Or you could just read plot on wikipedia when the movie comes out.

yep. phase 2 time and a nice spin off from there.

the first Thor I enjoyed alot. i wasn't sure how that storyline would translate to a blockbuster and Branagh did an excellent job.

    • Exactly He's played two seasons and started 28 games. He's well beyond the point of being able to point to 2 or 3 games and being able to say, "THAT is the QB he is and will be in the future" Of course he can get there, but anyone trying to use just those couple of games to rank his place amongst the games QB's today and their full career's worth of playing at that level, is just asinine. Mahomes, Allen, Lamar, Burrow, Hurts, Herbert, Daniels, Stafford, Goff, Geno, Purdy, Baker, Love, Dak, Tua, Kyler, Lawrence That's 17 QB's right there that have played better over their careers than Bryce has played at his best.  And I'm not saying they're all studs or guys I'd want to be our QB moving forward, Tua for example I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole, but his body of work is a million times better than Bryce's has been. It's also not including any of the other QB's drafted in 2023/2024 other than Daniels. So again, say you believe in Bryce, say you think he's going to prove he can and should be our QB of the future, that's all fair and totally fine. But nobody can say he's been an above average QB in his career thus far, it's just an asinine notion.
    • I'd think we could get one of those from Dallas for... whatever.
