So I guess this is the obligatory Happy fing Birthday thread? Where we now celebrate the birth of inanimate objects with false praise and iffy, at best, memories?

I think not my good man. Not until you can show me you have learned from your mistakes, and are willing to at least show some effort.

Happy Birthday? No. Happy Anniversary? That I can get behind. (no homo)

But serially folks. Been a long road to hoe. But we got there. Or, ,,, here. Congrats to all you mfers for making this the place it is.

If you want Panther news. You come here first. Some guy will have it all threaded up before Person can get his phone out.

Thanks Zod. And Happy Anniversary. I expect a running pube count now that the cat is out of the bag so to speak.

And lastly, I know, is 10 too old for grits? Are we in the safe zone now? Sheew, that was close.

10 years old? Wow, thought it was older. Should have ID'd it first before I hooked up with it......

I know that's so wrong on many levels, but I don't give a fug. At least it only cost me $29.99 to join this forum. Hey Zod, how about handing out some free subscriptions to celebrate 10 years?!

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
