Working with Beason today

Ask him if he has personally talked with Rivera and/or Gettleman.  If he has, ask if they discussed the aim of the defense this year and if they have a plan for this talented corps of LB's.  As a follow up to that question, ask if he can give any specifics as to how they want to utilize their talents.

Tell him to get an account on the huddle.  Intimidate if necessary.

Yeah, that worked out great for Dan Morgan. Took about 3 minutes before some badass internet tough guys made fun of his injuries using their fat fingers on their greasy jizz smeared keyboards.

Ask him how his charity event went. From the pictures i saw on twitter it looked like they did more eating than serving. lol

Asked him last night. He said they raised over 90k for his charity. Was a success.

ask him if  he thinks we'll be running a lot of nickel packages again and if we are and we're going with just two LBs on the field a lot like last year how are they going to split their time?

also, ask for recommendations on books or websites for nutrition, esp. shakes.

and thank him for being such a cool panther and let him know we appreciate his attitude and leadership.

    • I think where they would be picked if redrafted before both classes have played enough football to really tell.  Baker literally looked like a washout with us after Cleveland gave up on him, then turned world beater with the Rams, got a prove it deal with the Bucs and has looked awesome ever since. Asking where Ward would’ve went had he went in ‘24 is just stupid.  I’m no GM, but I wouldn’t have taken Williams #1 either.  I would’ve taken Joe Milton way higher than he went.  I think Shadeur should’ve been a first round pick this year.  Point being, opinions are like buttholes, everybody has one.  It’s my opinion that Ward has that “something special.”  I get that feeling that he’ll be an even better pro than he was a collegiate QB because of whatever that quality is.  I think he’s gonna surprise a lot of people, especially being such an under appreciated first overall pick.
    • Where do we get our T-shirts and hats? Pretty sure this is the first championship ever in professional basketball or football in Charlotte!
    • Nice turnaround for Kon.  I’m still a little worried about his ability to create for himself and others, but it was SL.  Come regular season, he will playing a much different role and shots will be there for him.  He showed some reason for hope - and not just him, but the whole squad.  I suppose for the first time ever, we have drafted and acquired enough young talent that we actually not only competed for once, but won the whole thing in summer league.     Kon, Simpson, and Sims made all the difference.  Almost every year prior I felt we always struggled because we usually didn’t have a floor general/real PG to get us into offense.  This was such a breath of fresh air.  And look at us!  We finally are champions!😂
