This disgust me. Cop illegally arrests the guy, and then shoots the dog. This video is going viral quick. Police have too much authority and no consequences.

I think you have. It wrong in one respect, those cops are going to get the book thrown at them, they were power tripping and way overreacted the dude they arrested was doing nothing wrong, one if not two cops are going to lose their job over this, the last cop to show up I think was trying to figure out what was going on so he may be fine even though he shot the dog, but the whole incedent was the other two officers fault so yeah.
