I'd say three things:

Number one, ya can't ever bring it up in a fight. Doing so will pretty much kill all trust on her part.

Number two, don't treat it like a taboo or a source of shame. Treat it like a job. Let her talk to you about, complaints and crazy stories alike.

Number three, don't assume it's an open door to epic sexcapdes. I'm sure we can all think of how much extra BS we would put up with at work for an extra grand a week. Not necessarily things youd want to take home.
