Thank you!  I meet most of the requirements, however, me in a speedo would not only make people vomit, it would likely result in people's eyes literally burning in their sockets.

I think you should hire someone off the street. When you promote from within you sometimes run into the problem of people having "buddies" and some people are like "well, we've always done it this way". Fresh minds and new ideas are sometimes needed!
