Guy has been here 3 years. Just exactly how long does he think he gets for it to reach "built to win" status. This isn't the 90's anymore.

I am trying to support RR as much as possible, but I was forced to recall the Seattle, Atlanta (there), Tampa (here), and Chicago games in another thread. 

 

Then he says "this team CAN be built to win."  If "It is what it is," then "it is or it isn't."  And "at the end of the day" you either work here or you don't.

In my opinion those are the 6 captains, in order by number of votes. Ron said they learned you can have 6 captains and they did it different this year. Each player picks 6 men to lead the team and the top 6 are the captains, regardless of position or offense/defense/special teams.

I would swap Thomas with Charles, Luke, or even Cam before I swapped him with Jon.

Beason is still the voice of this team. He is a true leader.
