there is a difference between rooting for the team to win regardless of record. I will always do that. And knowing that investing that much emotion, money and time is being wasteful. I will always do 2 out of the 3, 1 of those i will no longer do until things change. I will always feel like we have a chance to win every sunday because of the talent on this team, but i will always feel like we have a chance to lose late in the game because of RR. That is why this board is being a debbie downer.

 

furthermore, i believe in cam, luke, cj, hardy, star, td, smitty, kalil and those guys. i don't believe in this coaching staff.

Initially after the Bills loss I said I was done. It's really the only time I get to hang out with my old man since he's stationed in Fayetteville. I meet him in Charlotte on game days. Sometimes my fiancée comes up with me but usually just goes to South Park. She's only been to one game. I couldn't even buy her a seat she wouldn't use it. Can't blame her really.

They fuging come in our stadium and do their chants and poo.  Think that would go over at MetLife if a bunch of Panthers fans were getting rowdy together? Or Soldier Field?  fug that poo.  The seahawk fans were doing it in the walkways before the first game.  Going to be 10x as many this week.

The Debbie Downer thing though is a tongue in check jab at several posters though. As I have maintained for some time....I am higher on this team than many here. That hasn't changed. I just don't like what JR is doing....he is making it awfully tough

it's much easier to expect a letdown when it happens than have your weekend totally ruined because you expect to win.  it is only entertainment, afterall, that us die-hards have attached ourselves very emotionally.  this team, those cardiac cats, are bad for your health, they cause high stress, high blood pressure, etc and it isn't worth it.  i know i can't drop this form of entertainment so the Panthers may very well be the death of me one day, but i would turn my card in if i could.  and by that, i dont mean i would switch teams, just give up the nfl all together.

I saw three seaturd fans (guys) walking together all wearing identical Wilson jerseys.  I thought "how cute" and was going to give them poo but they were three, I was one...and I'm too old for getting a beatdown.

i've always thought of you as someone who is pretty low on this team, and rightfully so.  this thread coming from you is almost a shock to me.  you have been pointing out pretty obvious problems started in the FO for the past couple seasons, and i know many people have referred to you as a pessimist.

I just like to talk about what concerns me most....which is what I have always told the "Debbie downer" accusers.

We could be better.....but my personal belief is regardless of how tough the FO makes things there is always hope realistically for a win. Why? Bc no team will put a player on the field with MORE potential than Cam. IMO players are more important than coaches overall...

Cam is gonna start winning more in spite of everything around him I believe. Frankly, if I didn't think we could win....I would stop watching
