I think long term, no matter what happens this year, this nucleus we've built on the defense has us set for quite some time.

 

Luke | Davis (he's healthy and better than ever) 

Lotulelei | Short | Johnson  

 

(Hardy is in a contract year, we'll see what happens)

Kuechly sure as hell is the number 1 MLB. But, that damn kid in Buffalo named "Kiko Alonso" sure as hell look like another damn Luke Kuechly. He reminds me so much of Luke. That boy gathered "22" tackles yesterday vs. the Bengals. Two young future studs at that position.

 

Yeah, he's leading the league in tackles, got 4 INTs, a sack, some stuffs and is #4 by PFF's rankings as well.  Dude is gonna run away with DROY this year as long as he just doesn't completely fall off.

 

Looks like Luke already has himself a hell of a rival for the future.

      If we lose tomorrow we’d have to sweep the Bucs in order to get into the playoffs. With a loss tomorrow the Bucs would then hold the tie breaker if we finished tied If we can’t split with NO then we sure as hell not sweeping Tampa It’s win or go home tomorrow in my eyes  Biggest game since 2017 playoff game imo
