I watch pretty much every game in the NFL and let’s be honest, the Panthers let one slip away first week against Seattle at home and then against Arizona in Arizona.

Cam, he’s playing so within himself. That’s when he’s so darned good, because he’s passing the ball well, but he’s running it when he has those opportunities… I think it’s fantastic.

Good stuff.

Man, I love Jake.  He was a good football player but he was a great and passionate leader.  I still remember him pointing and talking trash after throwing that bomb to Moose during the Superbowl.  Loved his fire.

real talk. hope he gets a warm welcome on Sunday. I know I will be standing for him.

Jake is forever a Panther.

I have been a little sad when some guys leave, like Beason recently.

But I damn near went to tears when we cut Jake even though I knew he was done and it was time.

Him and Sam Mills are probably my two favorite all time Panthers

Jake to Ricky with 16 seconds left to beat the Jags in Jake's first start and I was there.

Under 2 minutes in 2003 the Bucs score to take the lead.  I was at the game and I've never been so crushed by a football game.  I slumped in my seat and felt like crying.  It was over.  But Jake Delhomme still had a minute left to drive the length of the field.  He hit a different receiver on almost every throw and hit Smith on a slant in the red zone to win the game.  I almost passed out I was so excited.

Delhomme is my favorite all time Panther because he's given me some of the best Panther memories.  Thanks Jake.

    • You’re playing madden we’re talking real football stuff…. He does have you seen his special on internet he def thinks he’s getting paid
    • Without the team having an identity kinda hard to predict what they value.  They either are really trying to build a balanced team, or preparing for another swing at qb if Bryce doesn’t pan out. Seems like we value the o line but the $ spent there has been underwhelming besides Lewis, you could say it’s because of injuries but still hasn’t been worth the investment. as already stated, the whole handling of Bryce young as a whole has been ass backwards, we spent the years we’re supposed to take advantage of having a qb with a lower cap hit, building the team up to be adequate. now It appears, key word appears, the saints have done it correctly, which is painful to even think about. Regardless, I hope the front office has paid attention to qb contracts recently, such as Tua, Kyler, Daniel jones(pre colts) and don’t settle for subpar qb play at franchise qb rates
    • This is the flaw in your logic.  Cutting 3 of our best players will somehow move us from whatever we are to "compete". Even the most Young super fans are not predicting a ceiling above top 10-12, and that will not nearly cut it.  Someone will need to break the log jam of QBs getting nothing or North of 50. Our qb is at best a middle ground, lets hope it will be us that also manage to pay the worth at about 100 over 3 years.  And before you jump me, yes that is only of he improves.
