Now that I've seen that reply 3,419 times....Lester was obviously cutting towards the ball as Gronk was still moving back BEFORE the contact from Luke

Lol..... Sad because that was a very good game. Brady showed why he is a shoe in for the HOF.  He drove down and scored TDs in his first two drives of the 2nd half and almost pulled it off on the last play.   His only tarnish is that he is the biggest baby in the NFL.

Cam composure in that final drive was amazing.  Great runs and great throws....

My favorite throw was the TD to Olsen.  The defender was right there and Cam threw a missle.

What? Brady lost them that game, Dave. The underthrown ball was the difference. He's good not great. Without cheats The Pats have nothing to show for except the repeated classless acts of their team.

it wasn't keek that made that ball uncatchable. it was lester who had moved in and the fact that brady underthrew it.

i think brady intentionally underthrew it hoping that he would draw a PI call when he realized that there was no way he was going to get that ball to anyone in the endzone from 18 yards out and with that coverage.

he just didn't count on lester swooping in and getting the INT.

    • Lions were never going Freeling over Miller for the same reason we wouldn't have taken Miller had Freeling not been on the board. Miller is a career RT Lions have a hole at RT, we have a hole at LT. If we took Miller, it would have been for him to backup Moton until he retires and/or we release him, so the best case scenario is it would have been a wasted 1st round pick for at least 1, if not 2 years.  At least Freeling has a shot at playing this year without injury ahead of him, he absolutely can win the LT job if he earns it, but Miller would have never supplanted Moton this year unless he got hurt.
    • What up y’all. I like threads like this where we can stroll down memory lane. I remember the insane amount of site traffic pre-crash when we signed Keyshawn Johnson, 06 I believe. Raging about the Cowboys Christmas Eve loss in 05 (Peppers touched that FG attempt as sure as Cotchery caught it). When I found the huddle I basically had a first born baby, now I’ve got one in college and one in high school. Life comes at you fast, but the Panthers and the Huddle has been a steady constant in my life for many years.  Those who have been here, y’all are cool with me any time any where.    Cheers, genitals!
    • This is a weird post since it wasn’t like we got A’s across the board. We needed a QB and got a consensus top 2 player at that position. (I was pretty vocal that Stroud should’ve been the guy but…)  I think this draft we generally got better value. I’m not particularly optimistic on BY but another year in this offense playing with TMac he really needs to be a consistently average QB at a minimum
