what's the quickest way to get someone to keep telling you their secrets? start telling their secrets to others...esp. on a message board.

Remember that awesome 4th and 1 TD play against Atlanta? That was John Matsko's idea. Dorsey having a hand in the playcalling is absolutely not unusual at all, all of the offensive coaches and even some of the players are expected and encouraged to contribute their thoughts in key situations. Shula doesn't shy away from feedback, he encourages it, which is why we seem to be much better at executing in the crunch compared to previous seasons.

Not just "telling secrets" but telling them without any real context or understanding of their meaning.

I imagine Dorsey being down at field level can see some things that Shula might not be able to and he's relaying that upstairs and giving his input on what play should be called.

I understand if you don't take me seriously. I have a close relationship with a player over twitter. He told me Dorsey seriously influenced the play calling in the second half. I'm not saying he took over for Shula completely. I'm just telling you what I was told. I don't know the details. Seriously all I was told is that "Coach Dorsey helped Coach Shula call plays" Make of it what you want to..

Someone on this forum even went to the lengths to contact *anonymous player* over twitter and cry that I was leaking his info.. Do you really think he didn't know I would share these small details? He knows I have the common sense to not share anything big. You'll probably even see a article soon about how Dorsey played a bigger role. I really fuging like most of the people on this forum, *most* and I thought it would be a great discussion to talk about the second half play calling because it seemed to be perfectly tailored for our offense. I guess no good deed goes unpunished.
