Are you only looking for a drama series? If you want a comedy series, Modern Family is the funniest show on TV to me. And even if you don't think it's funny you have to admit that Sofia Vergara is on FIYA.

Mob City was pretty interesting. Only 6 episodes so it wouldn't take long to watch the entire first season.

I will have a lot of time to watch TV series in the near future, here is the series's I've finished so far:

Up to date on: Homeland, Walking Dead, American Horror Story Coven, Defiance, The Bridge, Under the Dome, Graceland.

Seen of all: Dexter, Oz, The Wire, Breaking Bad, the 4400, Jericho,

On my to watch list is: Falling Skies, Sons of Anarchy, The Shield, Justified.

What are some other really good ones I have not seen or started on?

City Of Men...

It is about the slums of Brazil and the gangs..trying to make a life there with the same cast(playing different characters) from the movie City of God. It was on Sundance.

Get Netflix and watch immediately: House of Cards, Orange is the New Black.

If you're into comic book superheros, Arrow is the best superhero TV show I've seen. Very good.

The first five seasons of Weeds is great...especially the first three seasons.  I haven't caught up on seasons 6-8 yet.
