I know some people who work in the nightclub district at Broadway at the Beach....they said

some of Cam's people have been scouting around for a location for a nightclub.

 

Rumors are rumors of course.  There is a vacancy in one location.

 

If true, I'd like to think it lends a little credence to the thought that Cam wants to 

stay in Carolina.  

 

We had an anonymous athlete open a nightclub in the old Planet Hollywood building...didn't

last long.

 

 

 

maybe it was the former All Star Cafe, right next door .

 

btw, I got to go the to grand opening of both, with Bruce Willis singing on stage between the two.  Security kept us locals

from interacting with the stars, but it was fun to drink a beer in the same room with Fred Couples, Joe Montana,  Patrick Swayze, Ken Griffey, Jr, .  I went back on Monday to see Tiger Woods cut the ribbon.  He couldn't be there Sunday night because he had just won the Masters...it was his first.  He was 21 years old and looked and talked like a 16 year old.  That was 1997.   So much has changed.

it is for a club that is supposed to be king poo in Charlotte..  the floor plan, the DJ's switching up songs every 30 seconds, 3 lines just to walk into an empty club (at least fill to half capacity before you unleash bouncer's douchebaggery)...

 

then again, maybe its better more often than not and I've only seen it as it's worst...
