Ron Rivera is now 0-4 after a BYE week. For some reason his teams don't show up when after getting a week off. We've never started a season hot either. He is constantly outcoached every single time. Is he a good coach? Going for it on 4th down doesn't make one a good coach. Granted, I think we overachieved big time this year, but can he replicate that success? If not, we need to move on
