Would You Want Julius Peppers Back?

If Hardy walks, then yes. Not only can he be productive when he wants, having coaches like Rivera and McD will get the most out of him. He got all the money in the world already, now he should be at the point in his career he wants to win and do what he can to make that happen.

I don't think many teams in the entire NFL want him. His day has passed.

If he gets cut, you'll see MANY teams trying to get him.   John Abraham still had a great season in Arizona and I think he's older.  Peppers still had 7.5 sacks last season on a team that was decimated by injuries and wasn't that great on D to begin with.   I wouldn't break the bank on him obviously but if it's a reasonable contract and him wanting to just come home, I'd be cool with it.  You can't have TOO many pass rushers.  Especially when, if Hardy is still here, he can line up as DT on 3rd.  We'd have CJ, Hardy, and Peppers out there on 3rd downs, sounds good.  Price is a big point though, I think other teams will overpay though.

Thanks for offering a civil rebuttal. You seldom see that on the huddle.

Let this be a lesson; People can disagree without insulting each other.

Bravo, man.

Talent aside, I wouldn't want Peppers attitude back... it was creating a schism in the locker room.

Suffice to say fans weren't the only ones who felt like Peppers wasn't giving good effort.

Every time I get on this subject I feel so thankful that he didn't accept our 100 million dollar contract offer, he did us a HUGE favor.
