Spend Late Round Pick on Seantrel Henderson?

Recommended Posts

Apparently Henderson couldn't finish his pro day and his draft stock is continuing to plummet.

The guy has gobs of talent; I would love to take a chance on him in the 5th or 6th. I also don't think there's any way he goes undrafted like the writer of that article suggests.

Thoughts on him?

yep, thats sad to hear. o to be young and have all sort of talent, but cannt stop bad vibes. i still want him, hes the perfect LT profile. sadly he may never care and after he gets a few thousand, ugh not a good combo. he just needs to grown up and stop listening to the people telling him how great he once was.

Yeah he has been a major disappointment throughout college.

I know he has the tools to be a good player in the NFL. I normally will not even consider a kid who I doesn't show that he enjoys playing football. With his size and skills if he ever got his head on straight he could be solid. If he was there in the 6-7th rounds I would take him. Hopefully his decline would wake him up and he could be something. If not cut him after camp and move on.

You would be better suited giving a guy without the physical tools but with character and drive a shot.

I agree, but you can sign those guys as UDFA. People will always over value potential over a kid with limited skills but heart.

Yeah, no. This ain't the 80's where many places would withold water to "get people used to it." or "toughen them up."...

I've taught at several Universities including the well known football factory known as Florida State. Those players would get "Hydrate, hydrate, HYFUGGINDRATE!!!!" all day, every day, this time of year.

He's either lying, has undiagnosed illness, or is dumb as salad.
