Tomlin was getting teams to the playoffs with the corpses of Big Ben, Russell Wilson and Aaron Rodgers, the law firm of Trubisky/Pickett/Rudolph/Fields. Good luck getting that out of McCarthy

I don't think McCarthy is the worst possible hire they could have made but if he couldn't get it done with multiple teams in the NFC he's doomed in the AFC with a rebuilding Steelers and no viable long term QB. Caleb Wilson has looked uninterested this game. Several times has gotten matched up on the block vs a guard on a switch and doesn't command the ball or post up strong enough. Also Carolina getting crushed on the offensive glass. As the most athletic kid on the floor Caleb Wilson should be asserting himself on the glass. Gonna be a tight finish to the game.
