  1. Past hour
  2. Well, I wouldn't say they are that rare but we haven't been good at identifying them, without question.
  3. Options were available. Anyone who saw Andy play last year knew he was cooked and another offseason wasn't going to turn back the clock any. The problem was if Bryce started off cold, which he did, and a backup like Brissett, Jameis, or even god forbid Wilson came in and outperformed Bryce after another benching or phantom injury, it was possible he never saw the field again. That could never even be in the realm of possibilities. It was all in with Bryce this year, but we really didnt need to put Dalton on a 2 year contract. If we give Bryce the 5th year, I expect Dalton will get a year extension to carry him through Bryce's contract term.
  4. Let’s see… young people know young people perspective things. People that survive into old age or seniorhood lol, we were young also. We have that, and we have the added perspective of many more years and situations. The old people know a whole lot more than your youthful arrogance allows you to understand. FTR. So STFU with your disrespect for our experience.
  5. How about the colts giving up two firsts for a CB just to miss the playoffs
  6. The stats the Op provided are not about deep balls despite the title of the thread and the tweet saying they were. That is not what PFF big time throws are.
  7. The Texan’s performance tonight showcased their defensive ability, but also showed that their offense is not on the same level. So it will be interesting to see if their defense can continue to shut teams down and carry them in the play offs like they have in the regular season, because without that, I don’t think their offense is playing well enough to go score for score with the more prolific offenses in the league.
  8. He scares me with those comments he made. What’s to stop him from retiring if he is traded? Maybe he really is burned out.
  9. Your examples are very telling. It’s funny. Not ha ha funny, more like ironically humorous. When that rookie season was down there with AR and Jamarcus, what we heard over and over was Peyton Manning had a horrible rookie season. So did… Brees, Elway, all your picks that became uLara successful. Never ‘hey Jamarcus had a shitty rookie year… and a shitty sophomore year’ etc. … uh oh. Never that. The comparisons alway favor the Bryce fan’s hopes and don’t allow for the real possibility he isn’t those guys. Whatever side or angle you bring them from. Always the bright side. It’s entertaining at least, a little, in its consistency. Can people see what has been done, scheme wise and personnel wise to make him somewhat viable? I wonder about that.
  10. Pretty sure I just watched Boom kill a man
  11. I've watched a few UNT games this year and the kid is good. Evidently the starter at his HS went to Louisville so at least it was a P4 QB recruit playing ahead of him. Evidently he played safety just because he wanted to play.
  12. It's hard to say. Typically Darnold doesn't handle pressure well, but we are anemic in bringing pressure.
  13. Yeah their offense has looked like garbage after the first two touchdowns
  14. Crosby comes across as a locker room killer. It seems like he always has something going on with the coach.
  15. I think if we win it will be because Darnold has a bad game. I’m sure Brown and Horn will love going against him and Mike Jackson already has some resentment against Seattle for replacing him and shipping him away. Darnold has thrown 13 picks and fumbled twice this year. The Seahawks as a whole have a -4 turnover differential this season.
  16. Houston has had 9 possessions since Noel’s TD 2 interceptions, halftime, a FG and 5 punts and they’re still up So jealous of that defense
  17. Did you know Teddy Bridgewater used to be a PFF darling as well?
  18. He’ll most likely follow his coaching staff to Oklahoma State. He never started a high school game at QB, they gave him a preferred walk on at UNT and then a scholarship a month or two into being in spring ball as a freshman. Oklahoma State, despite sucking, has deep pockets and can leverage his loyalty and their budget to keep him in a system that could win what will be a weakened Big 12 in 2 or 3 years.
  19. Yesterday
  20. Houston offense has really stalled out after that great beginning
  21. Wait until they actually develop some chemistry. Could be a fun team to watch if they stay healthy.
  22. Hes elite at single coverage throws where he can loft it and tmac or Coker can make a play
