  1. Past hour
  2. Got me there. Great to see the defense forcing mistakes. Or, taking advantage of them. I didn’t get to see it.
  3. Ball in hands. Eyeball test? 100% the answer is Bijan. He also had some big receptions in the first half. Falcons whack gameplan like their 7 pass 2 run scripted opening was all talked about live
  4. First home game of the year and first win. If we can stay a tough out at home and steal one or two on the road we could be competitive. But the defense we saw today needs to be an every week staple.
  5. How about cade mays? I thought he was better than corbett had been. how about the growth of Zavala? really good stuff from this group. They all do much better when we are running the football.
  6. It took massive bust Caleb Williams 1 quarter to surpass Bryce Young's passing yardage for the day. And yes I see your temper tantrum poo reactions. It's nice to have such dedicated fans.
  7. We kept him contained and Penix struggled mightily. But the D also capitalized on his mistakes in a way I haven't really seen them do in a while. The D really did step up even if Penix was atrocious.
  8. I mean, that’s one way to evaluate today. I think we’ve outscored opponents 50-7 over the last 6 quarters. We had some shockingly unfortunate bounces against the cards in the first half. Didn’t love everything I saw today but it’s hard to argue with the production we’re seeing in that small sample size. Jacksonville also looks pretty darn good through 3 games. Canales may not be it, bryce may not be it, but for the first time since David tepper came to town I think the trajectory is pointed up. Jaycee, DB and Tetaroia are legit stars. The last time we had a Legit star he wore 22. embrace progress. Enjoy the win. Touch some grass.
  9. Do you have that stat line in mind yet for what a #1 overall is supposed to do at a minimum yet? You have the time, so let's hear it bby. Stop coddling yourself and put something definitive down.
  10. I expected more of a test against the Falcons defense but it appears JJ McCarthy made them look a lot better than they actually were. These are the highs and lows of a tough league. We of all people should understand that as well as anyone. As far as the game. I will always savor a blowout win over the Falcons at home.
  11. I could not have Poo’d this post fast enough. Some people love to be miserable, we won! We don’t suck! We have hope!
  12. In a year we are contenders, yea, I'm more willing to enjoy a win no matter how it comes, and save the complaining for Monday morning. But as I've said countless times over the last few months, I don't care one bit about winning or losing games this year. I want to see improvement from the players and staff, as well as determining Bryce's ability to be our future QB. Games like today don't help evaluate Bryce one bit, we only had 17 chances to do that this year, he sucked in the first two and now we threw away the 3rd chance by not letting him throw the ball more than 5 yards down field on more than like 3 pass attempts. So ya, I'm going to question the play calling, this isn't a team in a place to just coast to wins because the other team poo the bed. We need to use these games to our advantage and push the envelope to see what Bryce can do since we had the win in the bag, and if he made a few mistakes, so be it, we were still going to win it.
  13. If we don’t get a locker room video of Tepper then was this even worth it?
  14. I can see what you're trying to say but you're going to get shitted on to oblivion if you say anything negative about the team after a huge blowout shutout win against a division rival. I personally loved seeing the defense come together and no turnovers from offense, but it does make me wonder who this team truly is. But I will say this kind of win showed me they probably arent as bad I thought after the first 2 games. Biggest story of this game is winning the turnover battle. Not having early turnovers or any turnovers and not being behind score wise helped a lot. I still want to see how they play again if they are down early in a game against better teams later in the year.
  15. They had a plan in place to beat a team that on paper is far superior and it worked. Bryce made some bad throws but he also had a lot of good ones too. He did what was needed to win. Credit where credit is due. Top to bottom a team win. Special teams was the best I’ve seen since I don’t know when. We have a dude who can bust 57 yd field goals. Dude boomed punts in to the stratosphere.
  16. How the hell did Canales devalue the run today? What were the calls you considered bad?
  17. Falcons had quite the dominant defensive performance the first two games, especially against the Vikings. By all accounts this was a very encouraging game. Sure we likely won't be as lucky, but still a lot of positives to take away. Enjoy the win. It likely won't be that common this season, so I find savoring the few we get is a much more productive use of our time.
  18. Wilks isn’t near the “‘miss” a lot on this board think he was IMO
  19. Looks like our guy for 10+ years. One piece firmly in place.
  20. Bryce still sucks Caneles on the other hand has a QB who can't threaten down the field like his system calls for
  21. What you described in the quote is coddling. And nobody is asking for Cam 2.0. That's ridiculous and you know it.
  22. 30-0 shutout my man. If I'm right it's been like a decade since we had a game like this. For now, enjoy the win. Lots to be happy about from this game.
