  1. Past hour
  2. Them playing behind a couple more seasoned guys until they get familiar with coverage and pace of play is a good thing though. We really can use them to spell the other guys, and in situational ball especially with Ransom on possible run/blitzing downs.
  3. They fuged him over so bad to help cover their bad judgement. About time he got a little something to wrk with.
  4. I think completion percentage is a bit of a overinflated stat for a qb too. People place to much stock into it. So many factors to consider with it : receivers, how many attempts are made deep, the defense etc all play a roll in it. When it’s considerably low 50% or less the QB accuracy can come into question. But I don’t think it’s necessarily one of the better percentages to put so much importance into for that position. General effectiveness is far more indicative of the QB you have. First downs, 3rd and 4th down conversions, points scored and clutch plays IMO is how you grade a QB. Always bothered the poo out of me how people downed Cam for his completion percentage and that’s what they used to disregard him as an all time great. Dude damn near averaged 3tds to 1 turnover a game and was an obvious difference maker for us.
  5. Today
  6. I’m on board with this. We need to start by beating division.
  7. Trevin Wallace’s is just alright, he made more plays this week. But Rozeboom is a really bad tackler. Like how is that your job in the pros and you’re that bad. If we get one good ILB then we are set
  8. I said it in the around the NFL thread, but I will repeat it here. For Baltimore, MLB Trenton Simpson has seen his snap counts dwindle to a handful of plays the last two weeks. He seems to have fallen out of favor being replaced by the new rookie. No idea what it would cost, but I hope Dan is at least reaching out to gauge interest in moving him. Don't want to spend the boat on him, but if he can be had for cheap he would be a great injection of potential at the LB level.
  9. This place has very unrealistic expectations for a WR 5
  10. Good trade, but the fact that we're considering this possibly the 2nd best trade in 3 decades is pretty damning of how awful our GMs have been.
  11. That was bad. He completely over pursed when the edge was already set and left a gaping cut back lane. If we get a late top 10 pick, I wouldn’t mind if we traded down some and draft the best MLB in the draft. Most likely Anthony Hill Jr from Texas.
  12. Wait...so you finally give evero a lil bit of talent to work with and you see some improvement?? You dont say...
  13. That was the game plan. It worked. I never planned to be the resident David Moore advocate but the guy went 32 for 351 and 3 TDs last year as the 5th option. 19 of the 32 went for 1st downs. He's not restricted to blocking. He's not elite. He's a solid contributor as demonstrated above.
  14. rozebum would have just whiff on the tackle anyways
  15. 3 or 4 years? Hell, Belichick will be old enough to possibly win a Presidential election by that point.
  16. That whole thing is great if you listen to it. It's even better when you learn the player he defended was incredibly embarrassed by the whole thing.
  17. AA A month into the season and Mendoza is already climbing boards. This guy has him QB1 going to the Browns in the draft. McShay has him tied for QB3. Before the season he was nowhere near the top 5 QBs.
  18. He wasn’t as think as you drunk he was
  19. Right now all Bill is thinking of is where is his Viagra bottle. In between he probably thinks about football some.
  20. At this point in Panthers history, I have adjusted to one win lasting me at least a month.
  21. There is absolutely zero chance Lamar was going anywhere. Baltimore was letting other teams do their negotiating and they were 100% going to match, full stop.
  22. I was including us. I am not a Bryce guy but am not unable to see what the offense could look like if he played well, even given his limitations. And the defense for sure has a chance to get better quick with these young guys. And if we can get any decent LB play. I hear Wallace has done a 180, which he sure needed to do. Hope it isn’t a mirage.
