Listen guys, I think about 98% of us can now see Bryce isn’t going to be the long term solution at QB. I’m not going to say he was truly set up for success on the Panthers, the team is a mess and he’s already had three head coaches in his short career. There is plenty of shade to be thrown his way, but at this point I really think we need to back off. We need to focus our energy on the coaches and management that keep playing him and expecting him to win games, when it’s clear he’s too physically limited to elevate his game into being a starting caliber QB. I will say he’s not as atrocious as he used to be, but that’s not saying much. It’s time for the team to move on and I don’t think we need to pile on Bryce anymore to make that point. Focus on the decision makers and let’s start the path towards the future.

So, which country in Europe does tepper want to relocate to? Frankfurt Panthers? Dublin? London?

Move the team. At this point who cares. All the stuff that made the franchise great, tough defense, grinding out games and a sense of pride are all gone. Other than McMillan, Horn, Brown and maybe Chuba there’s no one else worth even keeping. We are below NFL average at 18 of 22 positions and also apparently at kicker as well. I think Fitzgerald tore his vagina on that 55 yard attempt.

I mean what else should he say? Blame all the players like other coaches we’ve had? He’s not a good coach at all but I don’t think he’s a guy to deflect blame. Even though I suspect he was told by Tepper/Morgan that he had to try to make it work with Bryce.

We did Great trading for Baker and or Sam but couldn’t work with them. Imagine this team with either still playing a for us with that number 1 overall draft pick back, DJ back, etc.

it's luck at this point. takes 1 good QB/Coach combo for 75% of it, the rest is smart team building. We will be drafting a QB, after the horrible luck we've had from post Cam, maybe we finally get one.

That’s fair but I think you’re putting the cart before the horse. They need to find any semblance of something that works. They tried Matt Rhule the college guru, they tried Frank Reich the grizzled old veteran coach, and they tried the young up and coming offensive head coach. The next logical step is a defensive head coach, hopefully one respected for being a good leader. It is not likely this team is going to find a franchise QB any time soon either, but they’ll likely have a high draft pick again in 2026 and who knows? Maybe one of these QBs coming out this year takes a step up. Or maybe they wait until 2027. I just hope they don’t force the QB position anymore. The last two (Darnold and Young) they gave up assets to get and it backfired both times. At least Darnold was on the cheaper side and showed more potential than Young did. Darnold has a great arm, Bryce can barely throw 15 yards with any velocity. I guess I’d rather the Panthers go back to something that has worked in the past than to keep trying to force themselves into being someone they clearly aren’t.

The anticipation praise really got on my nerves, even from the film review guys. He occasionally just throws to a spot drawn up for the play and once in a while the WR actually gets there and they act like he had some super power.

I used to fear us ever losing the Panthers to relocation. After this run since the 2015 Super Bowl being stolen from us, and especially since Tepper bought the team - I honestly don’t think I would even care anymore. For so long, being born and raised in NC, I have viewed them as part of my identity. But, if I shook some fuging negativity off my plate by Tepper taking his shitty franchise elsewhere so I don’t feel beholden to torturing myself with a guaranteed loser year in and year out, would it really be so bad?

This should be the last gasp for several on this team. If you're not part of the solution you're part of the problem especially if you're a vet and if you're blocking someone. Just off the top of my head evero, moore, young ( bring back the preseason guy or try hendon) Scott need to be gone by mnf. I want to see the all 22 for the offense. How much is play calling and how much is Bryce just being cheeks. It is bad out there. Time for alternatives

I'm still not sure how true that still is. Yes, early on he was VERY hands on and it was well known. But the last 2 years, he hasn't been overt about being hands on, and if anything, it APPEARS like he's finally taken a hands off approach. Now, sure, maybe he's still meddling, but you ALWAYS knew that Snyder was involved, and right now, Panthers fans are just assuming that Tepper still is, but we honestly have no way of knowing.

One extreme measure Bryce could take to prolong his career is to come out as gay/trans/non-binary or whatever and dare the NFL teams to cut him. It's worth a try.
