Canales doesn't sound all the way sold on Bryce

What are we, in grade school? -
The fuging Suns turned into the Charlotte Hornets in the second half.

I just got home from going to the game tonight. Had a blast. Sucks that the defense was non existent on most of the bruins goals, but what a win.
-
Rumors are that Chuck Martin will be joining the staff as lead recruiter.

Look at the WRs in recent drafts around 19

I really really dobt care if they drsft another receiver in the first. If he's BPA, YOU DO IT! Whether of not you like Bryce, the team needs playmaker. Better to have them regardless whom is the QB. Can't believe I'm reading we shouldn't draft offensive playmaker because of Bryce. I understand you dont like him, but openly rooting for him to fail is horrible. -
Entertainment bet while I wait for the new pup to wake up for middle night go out routine.

Nice elaboration I still believe you cant keep investing that type of draft capital in a position dependent on a QB that cant carry the team. BY nor this team is built like that. Not to mention not a single team in the HISTORY of the NFL has drafted WR in the 1st rd in 3 consecutive years! Would a Tepper led team be the dumbest and first to do it? Possibly unfortunately -
Chuba was hurt last year and didn't get back to form until later in the season. Dowdle flashed for a few games but it quickly died out. Chuba is our starter.
-
Nah but I would be a bit surprised if he’s on the roster in 2 years
-
Partly true. Legs get heavy and lungs stop working when you realize you're completely outclassed. This team is probably one full season of being healthy, learning how to win, and then ready to compete with a few more complimentary pieces and a true big.
-
Miller had a goal but he was ass tonight. A little less wet unwhipped ass but ass. Bussi was the a turd. Bro….. common denominator. Miller.
-
I kinda alway felt like Bussi’s play was not sustainable and also a little bit of fools gold. Both our goaltenders suck, hope Pytor is healthy for the playoffs. I don’t feel good about Bussi or Andersen heading into the postseason.

Biggest bust for every draft since 2000.

That is the exact scenario. If we manage to make the playoffs in the upcoming season it will be off a strong D dragging the pitiful offense behind like an anchor. Then people will still talk about how Bryce is a "playoff QB" i could see us winning enough if the D is up to it, but i expect a step back and a 6 win season in all likelihood. Last season we were 27th in points scored and yards for the season, we arent going to keep doing that and going to the playoffs, either Bryce has to actually improve ( lol ) or we have to get a new QB. -

This is all good experience going forward. The last 2 games and what little playoffs we get will be good for us going into next season.

Biggest bust for every draft since 2000.

The only reason it is has been so bad is because they refuse to address the position with any real competition since drafting Bryce. After year 2 we knew what we had and it was time, yet here we are going into year 4 and still scared to death to roster any QB that might make the little guy look bad. -
I just dont see us taking a OT in round1, it would be a smart move if the right guy is there....but we rarely do smart things. The only guys we have met with on a top 30 in the area of our first round pick is WR prospects so far, mainly Cooper and Concepcion. The only OT we have met with even close to our 1st round pick range is Iheanachor. I think they go 1WR, 2LB, 3DB, 4/5 TE/OT
-
Hope for the best. Plan for the worst. This is a great opportunity where availability and quality of prospects align perfectly with a hugh need at a critical position on the team. But I fear as in a previous situation with center in a recent draft the team will waste this opportunity.

Game turnt once Sion missed that gimme on the fast break. Started the 10-0 Celtic run to end the 3rd.

Well missing wide open shots and layups usually turn into points in the other direction

They're tired
