  2. Eddy Pineiro SFKicker#18 49ers signed K Eddy Pineiro to a four-year, $17 million extension. The deal includes $10 million in guaranteed money and ties Pineiro to San Francisco through the 2029 season. Kicking on a one-year deal in 2025, Pineiro converted all 22 attempts from inside 50 yards, also converting 6-of-7 attempts of 50 yards or more. His 96.6% conversion rate on 29 field goal attempts led the league, bringing stability to a position that long plagued the 49ers.

  4. Man that gives the Ravens all pro players at all three levels of the defense. I believe it healthy they’re odds in favorites. They’re not us building a team to compete they’re trotting out arguably a top 2/3 qb along with a veteran team ready to win now. Man that would be crazy I hope to see them play with all these elite level players to see if it translates to success.
  5. If we can grab him, great. We also need someone back there to direct the defense and basically play the Luke position. I know what "they" call it. We should call it the Luke position.
  6. I wouldnt go that far, but I wouldnt mind one of the 2 and an ILB in the 2nd.
  7. poo I wouldn't be mad if they sign Edmunds and Lloyd AND draft an ilb high. LBs have always been the Panthers' identity and it sucks to see us lacking in that area.
  8. We already have our #1 and #2 of the future, BTJ isn't the shifty slot WR we need to still add to the room, a move like this would make no sense. And that's even before factoring in the eyebrow raising factor of why would the Jags want to trade him with 2 more years and a 5th year option left on his rookie deal. There are clearly things they don't like about his future, so when combined with my first sentence, I'm a hard pass on him.
  9. David Newton: "water is wet" Perfect year for Panthers to retool the ILB room with good FA vets out there and young prospects in the draft
  10. I think unless its a no-brainer to extend a QB, you probably shouldn't do it. Most of the big QB deals do not work out outside of the real stars, which are no-brainer extensions.
  11. Certainly that's relevant but are you really going to pretend like he didn't have to change his whole throwing motion to try and take the next step as a passer? And he's worse now than he was before. His air yards per attempt were 6.21 the lowest in his career. And we have a fourth year QB whose air yards per attempt was 6.23 last season. The fact that anyone is even mentioning the words contract extension is literal madness.
  12. All my legs were sweats but got there. Anything you like for tonight?
  13. Sometimes the best decision is to not do something.
  14. Sometimes it’s distracting and then I realize you add spice and laugh about it lol.
  15. Connor McGovern BUFGuard#66 Bills re-signed G/C Connor McGovern to a four-year, $52 million contract. McGovern has been a mainstay on the interior offensive line for the Bills for the previous three seasons, with the new contract tying him to the franchise through the 2029 season. Long hailed as one of the top pass blocking centers in the league, McGovern will continue to provide protection for 2024’s MVP in Josh Allen
  16. IMO, we need both. A plug and play quality vet plus another one fairly early in the draft is the ideal approach.
