  1. Past hour
  2. One of the bright spots from the Rhule era. Didn't he say his wife made the pick? The RB room looks pretty good w/ Chuba, Rico, and Etienne.
  3. The issue… those who drive slow need to move over to right lane. At least that use to be the common courtesy few years ago. Don’t drive next to another driver that goes below the speed limit. That creates a bottleneck and creates potential for a wreck.
  4. Fitzgerald should bump Harrison LT2 and AD should bump CMC and Priest I didn’t really make it past the O skill positions
  5. Today
  6. Chuba is a real homegrown talent. Came in as a late pick and through work ethic and persistence he developed into a good starter. Respect to him. He's already had a better career than most 4th rounders, and he's got a lot of football left.
  7. Definitely cost us the game but helped us get Tmac. lol
  8. One fumble all year but boy was it a big one.
  9. AD and LT were Barkley before there was a Barkley. If they got a seam, it was over. Wrap. Drew Brees on the practice squad is criminal. He was a better QB than Manning. There I said it. Mannings walk on the water so he had to be #2, only because they could never sanely justify him over Brady. Manning had Marvin Harrison. Brees had some dude out of Hofstra. 80,000 yards passing. Come on.
  10. Chuba has an understated approach to the game and comes across like an excellent locker room guy. Glad we have gotten him some help with Rico and hope he can complement Chuba.
  11. To me the hype is coming from what I see this team is building. The offense is setup to have a good backup in every position. The way Bryce was reading defenses the last 8 games, gets you excited. now the defense, we all know what we had last year. Our defense is now is Horn,Mike Jack and the new guys including Brown. The defense is close to having quality backups in all positions. i am happy very few are hyping us. Our best years, no one hyped the Panthers. In my head it all depends how fast the defense comes together. And of course the injury bug could destroy any team.
  12. Same reason we get fired up about David Tepper being in involved in football decisions, neither of those two goofs have the first fuging idea what they are doing.
  13. Granlund is know to be exactly the opposite tbh
  14. He could get traded again at the deadline... js
  15. Any of you who know me enough, know I love the running game. I thought I'd share some of Chubba's accomplishments last season. "Chuba Hubbard quietly put together one of the most productive seasons in the league, and he did it the hard way. On 250 carries, Hubbard racked up 1,195 rushing yards, but the key number was 800 yards after contact. He averaged 3.2 yards after contact per attempt, showing just how often he powered through the first defender. With 10 touchdowns, a 4.8 YPC average, and an outstanding +270 RYOE, Hubbard didn't just run efficiently, he ran with purpose. He also fumbled only once all year despite heavy usage. He finished with 26 runs of 10+ yards, 30 reaching 15+ MPH, and 2 breakaway bursts over 20 MPH, proof he blends toughness with speed."
  16. Should be AD, LT, and Frank Gore imo. That "practice squad" slot is where you put your hipster picks like CMC.
  17. I have a friend whose cousin played for Dallas years ago, either DT or DE. He had talent, but kept having mental breakdowns or episodes, whatever. After legal incidents they would send him off for treatment. Only lasted 2 or 3 years before they let him go. Wasn't worth the trouble.
  18. Ill take the ones who drive a touch slow and sit in lanes over the ones driving wildly in excess of the speed limit, using tailgating as a form of bullying, passing on the right, and generally driving erratically and impatiently. My moms late husband had a tee shirt that said "I'm not speeding I'm qualifying". Hell of a great guy but worst driver ever.
  19. If you going to put McCaffrey on there based on little more than ifs and potential then Trent Richardson or Aaron Curry should be there too
  20. The worst most dangerous drivers always seem to be the ones who think they are the best drivers
  21. The intro to the article talked about how they picked the teams and it wasn't just on overall career, it was a factor, but their peak ability also factored in. He 100% should be on a roster like this, because it was building the best roster from players since 2000, not the best careers during that time. And no matter how you slice it, CMC's peak ability if he could have had a long healthy career would have made him one of the best RBs of all time. He had back to back seasons with over 1k rushing and 100 catches, with the 2nd of them also having over 1k receiving, that's wild. He's also still only 29 and I think is going to end up playing at least another 5-6 years as he's going to slowly shift into being a slot WR at some point I believe and basically become what Deebo was for the 49ers for a while.
  22. When the league shifted to 3 preseason games, most teams went to joint practices while playing starters less. They use that as more of a measuring stick than the games itself. Meanwhile teams are charging people to see these games with players that won't be on the roster in a couple weeks playing most of the minutes
  23. “Too hype” Probably but we have stunk as a result of Tepper and the idea that Morgan and Canales are turning the corner is exciting. I’ll take it
